We need to know our own bodies and what is okay to eat and what is not.Learn about nutrition, salt or no salt, fruits, vegatables, yogurt. It is more expenses to eat well then to buy things with little or no nutritional values.    Report

Eating Kosher food has nothing to do with entering heaven or redemption. Kosher food has to do with life on earth. The Lord clearly states what food to eat the Old testament for life on earth. Like I said, It has nothing to do with heaven but eating nonkosher foods will put you in heaven sooner.    Report
