Like for example: Revelation 13:16 (New International Version) 16 He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead Notice it says ON in the NIV. Revelation 13:16-18 (King James Version) King James Version (KJV) 16And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. The KJV says IN. I'm sure the NIV crew were thinking...surely he (John) can't mean in because that technology doesn't exist. So, they replaced "in" with "on" and now we have a generation of people thinking that the mark will be tatooed on hands or foreheads. WRONG, it will be implanted in hands and in foreheads.
