Neither party is Christian. If the church endorses one party over another they diminish reach and influence of the church. Evangelical's blanket endorsement of republicans have brought a reproach against the church. They've taken two issues and demanded that these two should be the only ones that should be considered in the vote of a Christian. In doing this, they've ignored a plethora of moral issues the bible instructs us to care about and caused the church to seem unconcerned about Americans in any other area. Not to mention, the candidates that have been endorsed show little or ,here lately, NO Christian Character. Non-Christians who observe this are confused and in response reject the church. Can we blame them? No, we can only blame the church for sending a message less the that of Christ.

I agree with you and continue to pray for all Christians to have an open mind and heart when it comes to this election.

I also have to say something I've heard Joyce Meyer say in her sermons: "I can sit in a garage all day and it doesn't make me a car. The same goes for sitting in church. Just because I always go doesn't make me a Christian". Just because someone says their Christian doesn't make it so. I hate to hear people making a decision based solely on someone 'saying' they're a Christian. We will know them by their fruits. Their actions will speak for themselves!
