I believe that the bible saying that "every kingdom divided against itself cannot stand" doesn't exclude the the kingdom of God.Realising that the church or the congregation is made up numerous opinions ,playing politics or endorsing a political party on the pulpit divides the church.Even if it is revealed to the pastor who the next leader should or is going to be i believe the pulpit is not the right place to say it.1 Cor 12:8 says to one is given the message of wisdom to another the message of knowledge.But it would be inaporpriate to operate in the word of knowledge without wisdom. We do not serve a God of confusion.    Report
