I hope this finds everyone in the best of ALL moods!Spiritually,mentally,physically as well as finance.With battling my weight and consuming food for most of my teen and adutl life,Ive found its not about dieting but a lifestyle.You are what you eat.Ive made a conscience decision to be more aware of my intake as well as portions.Eliminating alot of carbohydrates,dairy,sugar,salt and red meat.Incorporating more fruits and veggies and less white breads.Food can kill you just like anything of to much consumption of something toxic to our bodies.In biblical time people ate off the land and fish and veggies and beans wholehweat and grains.Which allowed them to live much longer and not alot of ailments or obesity.
