07-20-2009, 9:50 PM uchrists Joined on 03-26-2007 Posts 1 What kind of pastor is yours? unfortunately I am very disillusioned about many pastors I have sat under lately...AWESOME preachers to say the least but absolutely clueless about being a shepherd.  some look at it being THEIR flock and the flock exists solely to serve the pastor, and not visa versa.  Some have let the position go to their head...ego...although I have sat under the most awesome pastor (JCW) not too many compare, but I know what a real pastor is supposed to be/do, which probably is why I got disillusioned.  I have sat under pastors who look at it as just a job, others are clueless on what the vision is for their church...Just come to church and listen to me preach my heart out...    Report
