07-21-2009, 7:21 AM bucklec@bellsouth.net Joined on 07-07-2006 Posts 4 "Cry loud and spare not" Isaih 58:1 I have moved my membershi 3 times within the last 5 years because I'm searching for someone who will "preach the truth in season and out of season".  When I first joined it seemed as though the preacher was on point but later they started "dumbing down" the sermos as though they were afraid they might lose some members (some money).  Now I'm just bored...I need some dynamite teaching even if it steps on my toes.  There is a "famine of the Word" now-a-days!  There are some preachers who are still on point but it's only just a few. I'm thinking of moving my membership again but I work in the children's ministry and I believe the Lord wants me to stay for my influence for awhile. Another thing that I don't agree with at my church is that the Pastor always ask the children up to 18 years old to leave the sanctuary and go down to the children's cburch.  I think every child 12 or 13 and up needs to be in the sanctuary hearing the preacher.  Anyway, I'm praying for all of our spiritual leadrs that they will stop competing and start preaaching the Word.    Report
