My leader was once a Great Teacher and Preacher, but lately, he has become just a motivational speaker. I don't have to really bring my Bible to church anymore. He rarely talks about Jesus as Lord! It's all about your dreams and not about the vision God put inside of you. The man is angry all the time when He preaches. He only talks about money, prosperity, and how to get miracles from God! These things are okay, but what about sin and people developing a lifestlye of Worship, Prayer, and Biblical Principles being applied to our lives? He barely talks about the HolySpirit! This is why the Worship there has been stiffled. People are only coming to get a Prophecy, and not the Word of God. My leader only operates in Giftings now and not out of the Love of God through those Gifts! Now what kind of leader do I have? one that I do not want to follow anymore! I still love Him and pray for him, but I will not be held accountable for the souls that be lost beause no one sounded the alarm in Zion! God already used me to speak a Word of warning! I had to leave that ministry because the Pastor responded with anger rather than love and acceptance. This allowed me to see why Apostle Paul was warning Elder Timothy to not allow himself to forget what his parents and grandparents taught him in the things of God! Please pray for our leaders that God will restore them and that they will see the errors of their ways and repent!    Report

I agree with you, God's child2!  It seems as though most of our preachers, especially the mega church preachers, are in that same boat! Yes, we need to pray that God speaks to them before it's too late and that they will begin to "Cry loud and spare not"...Isaaih 58.    Report

As for myself and the house of GOD where i serve, I can truely say that GOD has given my Bishop a vision for his people and the ability to Love, Hope and to Dream through GOD'S word which is truth, Faith that dwells in our hearts, mind and spirit. MY Bishop is a visionary and a teacher, who is not perfect, because no man is. But he is perfect in his love for GOD and we are a mega church that i believe GOD will transform and use us for the building of his kingdom because of our willingness to be transformed and renewed. And i thank GOD for the man of GOD that he has assinged to feed my spirit. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!    Report
