Most pastors are operating in the ministry as if it is a job. They are to be the shepard over the flock until Jesus return. The sheeps are living any of way because their leader does it. Ministry is all about making someone rich, miracle and a love gift(offering), it is no longer about the word or Jesus. I currently attend a church that have all five folds in operation. We have an apostle, pastor, teacher, prophets and evangelist; all in the house. They all flow together so that it just won't be pastor speaking all the time. We sometimes send out mission teams. Every pastor should have a vision of what God want that congregation to do. To make up titles such as special prophet or visionary; are obscured. Get back to basic.    Report
