I believe there is no such thing as a perfect christian for the simple fact that we all have sin. The question i have is this for a newbie like me coming to christ with a renewed mind, body , and spirit who is trying to live by god's word and principles should i be baptised again. This question was asked of me tonight at work. The scripture says you should be born again in water and spirit and this person says i should be baptised in water again even though this was done as a child. Some say this is just symbolic but i would really like to know because according to this person my conversion is not complete.

Yes, it is important to be baptised again, simply because you must be baptised in Jesus name. I myself had to be rebaptised while serving God. It is the newness of Jesus we are being baptised in, and it will also wash some of the OLD residue off from your pass as you continue to move forward in Him.
We do sin constantly, as we grow in Christ his will the Holy Spirit will teach us. We must be willing to obey GODS Will verse our own.
