but does that mean u should settle for one that leaves you feeling lack? Is that your own personal problem or the fault of the church? When is it time to stop searching for a new church home?

There is a time and season for everything. There is no perfect church, as long as each and everyone of us are made out of this thing called flesh. We are all suseptible to sin, and as long as there is wheat in the church, guess what? The tare will remain. God said, He will seperate, but as far as you leaving, you pray and get everything your suppose to get out of you season being there, and if God doesn't tell you to move, than guess what? You don't move, but if you pray and you feel compelled to move and your season is up, than you leave, especially if you season is up. But if God does not lead and guide you it just might be a mistake! In all thy ways acknowledge him and he will direct thy path! But you have to get it directly from him. He'll tell you when it's time to go.

Actually, when Christ comes for His bride(the church), it will be for the one without spot or blemish. This whole thing is being worked out even now. Those who go "to church"...those who don't, etc. The whole thing is a matter of the heart. I have recently started attending church online and while it is good to be able to do this, I feel a lack of sorts. It is sad that a majority of "christians" do not attend church services, although the whole thing is really a misnomer of sort. We don't go to church per se. We ARE the church. Church SERVICES or the FELLOWSHIP thereof would more accurately define it. But our faith does come by hearing and church service of some form where the WORD  is preached would be absolutely essential I would think.

Never! You should always be looking for that place you can call home spiritually! God may have that certain something of you that you need to be His vessel~~we can sometimes get consumed with what our church can do for us instead of how can I make a difference in that church! Ever think God may move you to a church because you have a gift they need. Church hunting is a laborsome job...but well worth the labor...and I speak not in self rightiousness but humbly....For right now I am without a church home...My past has taught me however how good a church home can be...When I had a call to leave a church it took me 5 years before I could walk away...when I was placed in another faith even...where I stayed 9 years and the truth and goodness of God flourished in both. Now I know to look not give up! For there is another church home God has in my future....
