I definately believe prayer works, i wouldn't be alive without it, but there are some conditions. God hears the prayers of all but you can't just go to him every once in a while. Prayer is a relationship with the father, it's communication. Doesn't have to be fancy and full of big words you normally don't say. It needs to be sincere, true, real, FAITH FILLED and consistent. Prayer shouldn't be a hit and miss kind of thing. God knows what we need and even desire all he wants is for us to commune with him. If prayer didn't work I honestly don't believe God's word would tell us in Phillipians to PRAY about everything. The effective ferverent prayer of a RIGHTEOUS man avails much :)    Report

We are talking about the creator of the universe the creator of all that is! Do you really think you can place God in Lab work? He is the potter we are the clay...Anyone who thinks they can place the outcome of Gods plan in a Lab needs to re-read the book of Job...carefully! God has personal relationships with His children not experiments!    Report

God works through people and I believe he works through the hands of doctors, so to me, when they want to conduct a study there's another great opportunity for the power of God to work and people can't and will never find a scientific explantion. It's just the power of God and prayer of those that believe!    Report
