Apostle Darron F.Allen Sr born in New York City, NY served in the ranks of the New York Police Department for over 16 years and reached the rank of Lieutenant. After suffering a line of duty injury, he retired in 1995 and pursued full-time ministry. During this period of time, Apostle Allen also served on the ministerial staff of the Salvation And Deliverance Church, under Apostle William Brown, founder and overseer. Apostle Allen currently sits on the National Board of Bishops as the Vice President and was installed as Pastor of Salvation And Deliverance Church #2 of Long Island in 1996. Apostle Allen holds a Bachelors degree in Religious Education and an Honorary Doctorate degree of Theology from the St. Paul’s Bible Institute. He has also received numerous awards, citations, and certifications for outstanding achievements. He received the Pastor of the Year Award from the Ministry in 1998 and 2002. He was ordained and consecrated into the office of an Apostle in June of 2006 at the International Holy Convocation. Apostle Allen has been married to his beautiful wife Evangelist Gwendolyn Allen for 22 years. First Lady is an educator by profession and works closely in the ministry with her husband. They have five wonderful children Otanyia, Darron Jr., Lauren, Lamar and Celina. Apostle Allen is known by his song, “I’m Living in the World, but the World Don't Like Me".
