Rev. T.R. Williams Sr., D.Min.
Theodore Roosevelt Williams, Sr. was born on July 26, 1945 in Alexandria, Louisiana. He is the seventh child of the late Nathaniel and Violet Williams. Dr. Williams is a graduate of Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. His graduate and postgraduate works were completed at Virginia Union University School of Theology where he received the Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry in Theology degrees. Although Dr. Williams has held positions both nationally and locally, and has received numerous awards, the glory of his life is found in his work as preacher/pastor. He has served as pastor of the Shady Grove Church in Saline, Louisiana and the Loyal Church in Houston, Texas. He presently serves as pastor of the New Faith Church, a congregation that he founded New Faith Church in the year of our Lord, 1977. Dr. Williams is married to Valerie D. Marshall Williams. He is the father of three children: Monique Patrice, Ted, Jr., and Lance Elliott. He is the grandfather of Aubryell, Alynncia, Angel, Desmond and Brittany.
