Founder’s Week Celebration at The Word Church

The Word Church's Founders’ Week Celebration will commence Wednesday, June 2nd and conclude Sunday, June 6th. Founders’ Week is the time we set aside to honor Pastor and First Lady Vernon for their leadership, integrity and service. Our special guests this year include:
Apostle Raymond Wells, from Living Waters Kingdom Ministries in Nassau Bahamas on Wednesday, June 2nd for all of our Bible Study services The incomparable Kirk Franklin, who will perform live in concert at Public Hall on Friday, June 4th at 7pm. Our Pastor’s very own pastor, Bishop Joey Johnson, from The House of the Lord in Akron, Ohio on Saturday, June 5th at 6pm.
Bishop Neil Ellis from Mt. Tabor, also in Nassau Bahamas for all of our daily services on Sunday, June 6th. And last but not least, Bishop Eddie Long, from New Birth Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia for our evening service on Sunday, June 6th at 6pm, with special guest psalmist Darwin Hobbs.
As you can see, this is going to be an incredible weekend with some of the nation’s hottest speakers and arguably the most creative, contemporary, crossover gospel artist ever, so it will be one you don’t want to miss. And let’s not forget the reason we’re celebrating. Ten years of awesome leadership by our man and woman of God, Pastor & Lady Vernon.
