SF Rewards: The Rules
Eligibility
Customers may become a member of SF Rewards by becoming a StreamingFaith.com member and making a purchase in the Streaming Faith Store (www.StreamingFaith.com/store).
Program Points & Reward Certificates
Members earn 1 base point per dollar ($1) spent on qualifying purchases in the Streaming Faith Store (www.StreamingFaith.com/store). Points can be used towards future purchases, at which time, 10 points will be the equivalent to $1 to use towards a purchase.
Only qualifying purchases are eligible for this program. Qualifying purchases must be made with the customer's Streaming Faith account in order to be eligible to earn points. Points are awarded on net purchases of qualifying products (all merchandise purchases less any returns) made with the customer's Streaming Faith account. Points are not awarded on tax, shipping and handling. Attempts to obtain points based on purchases made while not logged into a Streaming Faith account will result in no points being awarded.
Points are issued for promotional purposes only when qualifying purchases are made, have no fixed value, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be transferred or assigned in any manner to any other individual, trust, or estate. Redemption of merchandise credits, gift cards and gift certificates is not eligible for program points. The transfer of Reward Certificates or other program benefits for value (whether by sale or exchange of goods or services) by a Member is prohibited. Any points, gift certificates, coupons or benefits that Streaming Faith deems in its sole discretion to have been sold, transferred or assigned in violation of these terms and conditions may be canceled or confiscated without notification.
Purchases using a merchandise credit, promotional discount, gift certificate or gift card will not earn points except to the extent that the purchase amount exceeds the value of any such receipt, discount, certificate or card. For example, if redeeming a $25 gift card on a $100 purchase, you will earn points on the remaining $75 of the purchase amount.
Points earned on qualifying items and qualifying purchases will expire 30 days after they are awarded. Points are redeemable only in the Streaming Faith Store (www.StreamingFaith.com/store). A minimum of 1,750 points is needed for the issuance of a $10 Reward Certificate.
Points or Reward Certificates issued under SF Rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of SF Rewards points or Reward Certificates is the sole responsibility of the Member.
Limitations
Purchases made prior to your enrollment in the SF Rewards program are not eligible to earn points. Purchases that are made without using the customer's Streaming Faith account are not eligible to earn points. Only purchases made at www.StreamingFaith.com/store are eligible for this program. In order to apprise our Members of their membership status as well as new benefits that are available to you as a Member of SF Rewards, Streaming Faith may from time to time send you certain program information, including printed or email marketing materials, which will inform you of special offers, and products we believe would be of interest to you. By participating in SF Rewards, you are deemed to have consented to receive the kinds of information described above. However, Members who wish to opt out of mailings from SF Rewards may do so by contacting Streaming Faith via email at sfstore@streamingfaith.com, calling 1.866.335.2385, or writing to SF Rewards, 1100 Circle 75 Pkwy, Suite 600, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
General
By enrolling in the SF Rewards program, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the program ("terms and conditions"), as may be in force and changed at any time without notice. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the terms and conditions. Streaming Faith reserves the right to terminate or suspend benefits of any Member from the SF Rewards program at its sole discretion. This program and all points issued hereunder are administered by Streaming Faith, LLC. Streaming Faith reserves the right to void points or otherwise disqualify Members who have violated any of the terms and conditions of this program.
Streaming Faith further reserves the right to change or terminate this program, its terms and conditions, or any portion of the program at any time at its sole discretion without prior written notice. Streaming Faith also reserves the right to change the amount of points issued for purchases at its sole discretion without prior written notice. All offers are void where prohibited by law.
To protect the privacy of Members, personal information including email addresses will not be provided to any third parties. Member information will only be used for program maintenance and marketing purposes, to improve on products and services provided by Streaming Faith or its affiliated companies and so that Streaming Faith may provide other promotional information and opportunities about Streaming Faith or its affiliated companies to the Member. The SF Rewards program is provided by Streaming Faith, which is solely responsible for the program operation.
