Changing/Canceling Orders

Most orders you place on StreamingFaith.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. However, if we are contacted within 5 minutes of your order placement, we may be able to modify the order. But please note, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.

If you have questions about an order involving items to be shipped, you should let the customer service agent know and ask to be transferred to the store manager. Calls regarding orders of physical items will be handled during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 5:30pm EST).

If you are calling regarding trouble downloading purchased content, these calls can be handled during regular business hours by pressing 1 at the first prompt. Please specify to the customer service agent that your problem involves downloading purchased content.

If you are calling regarding Pay-Per-View events, please press 1 at the first prompt and let the customer service agent know. If the event is about to start or has already started, they should be able to walk you through how to tune in to the event, or provide you with a link to the pay-per-view event.
