IF YOU PURCHASED A PHYSICAL ITEM, TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU:
In stock items usually ship within one business day. We will send you another email when your order has shipped. If any items on your order are out of stock, we will ship and bill them separately. You will not be charged extra shipping costs for backordered shipments.
IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINED ANY DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS:
Some orders contain sermons by various Pastors and Ministries which can be downloaded directly from our website, through your Account Info page http://www.streamingfaith.com/account. You should have been able to download those from the links provided on your shopping cart; however, if you did not already download them, no problem. Simply sign on to your Streaming Faith Account and go to your purchase history. The number of downloads allowed may vary with the product purchased. You will see the number of allowed downloads remaining on your downloads page.
Download links expire after 14 days, so be sure to download everything as soon as you get the chance.

IF YOU PURCHASED A PAY-PER-VIEW EVENT:
For Pay-Per-View (PPV) events you will receive e-mail reminders one week, 24 hours and one hour before the start of your program. If for some reason you do not receive these emails or if you are unsure if you made a pay-per-view purchase, please check your member account page at http://www.streamingfaith.com/account using the same login and password you designated previously or during your checkout.
